Billing Cycle
Lost Creek Municipal Utility bills are due on receipt -- usually the 2nd or 3rd of each month, and are past due if not received at the MUD office by 4:30pm on the 15th of the month, with exceptions noted below.
Bills received late are subject to a 10 percent penalty. The MUD provides a drop box outside its office for your convenience.
Exception: If the 15th of the month falls on Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday Monday, your MUD bill for that month is due at 4:30pm the next Business Day.
Payment Options
New! Pay Online With our ecommerce partner UOS. The Lost Creek MUD now provides the option to Pay your Lost Creek MUD bill online.
Checks: Customers may pay by check and mail them to the MUD office, or drop payments into the MUD drop box outside the MUD office at the corner of Lost Creek Blvd and Quaker Ridge Drive.
Electronic Payment Option: The Lost Creek MUD offers its customers the option to pay electronically. Your water bill is paid directly from your bank account. To sign up for electronic payments, contact the MUD Office.
